Day 33: Do not drink cold iced water or drinks
If you are the people who exercise a lot and eat meat/poultry/fish regularly you may be thirsty for cold drink even iced ones. Having a cold drink feels stimulating and cools down your body temperature quickly. But we have a thermostat in our system which helps our body to automatically reduced or increase body temperature when you do moderate exercise and not eating excessive amounts of animal food. From my experience, drinking cold/iced water gives a shock to my heart, my muscles and my tummy gets too cold.
